Position: Freelance Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: Berlin (with remote flexibility)

Hours: Estimated 15hours per week, with potential to grow
About the Role:As my Freelance Executive Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping my business running smoothly by handling administrative tasks, managing my schedule, coordinating events, and assisting with projects. In return, you’ll gain firsthand insight into the hairstyling and beauty industry, learning from someone who’s passionate about curls, empowerment, and education.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Tasks:
Manage my email inbox: prioritize, organize, and respond to communications.
Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and paperwork for easy access.
Draft, edit, and proofread emails, contracts, and other documents.
Process invoices, receipts, and other freelance-related financial records.
Scheduling & Calendar Management:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and appointments.
Manage my calendar to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
Track important dates for projects, events, and visa/legal tasks.
Event & Workshop Coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing in-person and online workshops, events, and masterclasses.
Research and book venues, vendors, and services for workshops or events in Berlin.
Handle attendee registration, RSVP lists, and communications.
Prepare materials for events (e.g., handouts, presentations, attendee kits).
Industry Support & Learning Opportunities:
Shadow me during workshops or hairstyling sessions to gain insight into the curl care industry.
Learn about hairstyling techniques, industry trends, and professional workflows.
Help organize tools, materials, and resources used for styling and education.
Client & Partner Communication:
Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to collaborations, partnerships, and events.
Follow up with clients and collaborators after events or appointments.
Help with onboarding processes for new clients or partners.

Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs), Trello or Asana, Canva, and cloud storage platforms like Dropbox or Google Drive.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Interest in the hairstyling/beauty industry or a creative business environment is a big plus!
Comfortable working freelance and managing your own time.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with legal documents and/or visa processes is a plus but not required (you’ll be guided).
Based in Berlin with some remote flexibility.

Position: Freelance Social Media Content Creator & Manager
Position Type: Flexible - Approx 10-15h/week
Location: Berlin
Key Responsibilities:Develop a content calendar using my 3 core pillars: Curl Styling, Education & Advocacy, and Shop Promotion.
Create short-form video content featuring me as the main subject, including tutorials, educational clips, and product highlights.
Design branded templates for educational posts using Canva or similar tools.
Write captions with an empowering, educational voice that aligns with my mission.
Post content consistently and engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
Stay updated on trending content styles while keeping the brand voice authentic and consistent.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong interest in curly hair care, self-empowerment, and representation in the beauty space.
Experience with video content creation and editing (especially for Reels/TikTok).
Skilled with Canva or similar design tools.
Passionate about storytelling and driving meaningful conversations.
Understands how to balance promotional content with value-driven education.
