If you’re a new client, you’re required to book a consultation before any hair services. It’s important to assess the state of your hair before styling. I start each service with a consultation, during which I set the price. The listed prices are starting points and may vary based on hair volume, product use, time, and the complexity of the work.
As a specialist, I value the time and energy I invest in educating you about your hair and providing top-notch service. Please respect these guidelines to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for everyone.
Appointment PREPARATION
Please note that I work from my private studio, so kindly prepare for your appointment as follows:
Shampoo and condition your hair before your appointment if it hasn’t been washed within the week.
Avoid using anything in your hair, such as leave-in conditioner, moisturizer, oil, or gel. I will use the appropriate products for your hair and prefer not to mix them with other products that could be bad brands.
You're welcome to dry your hair after shampooing and conditioning it if need be. I will rewet it for cutting or styling if necessary.

POLICY
This policy is to insure we have a mutual understanding so everything can run smoothly.
I’m asking if you could please respect the instrUctions below.
I have reserved time especially for you, so please schedule your appointments accordingly. If cancellation is necessary, please notify me within a minimum of 12 hours before the date to prevent inconveniencing myself and others.
Please be on time for your appointment so that we can maintain the flow of the day. You are allowed 10 minutes to be late. If you foresee that you may be later than 10 minutes , please call right away. I'll try to accommodate you as best as possible.
Once you book your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions and the address . This will include the date, time and location of the appointment.
The prices listed are starting prices. It's impossible to give an exact price until we have a consultation. Every client's hair is different than the other.
If you are not satisfied with the nature of the services, please notify me within 1 week of your visit and I'll do my best to accommodate you. It's important that you are happy.
Clients that are getting extensions, before you book your appointment, please confirm with me what you're getting so I may accommodate you. You can WhatsApp me a photo of what you'll like to get done so that I am prepared.
Extensions are not included. I will help you find the right extensions and if you're not clear then please contact me so that I may assist you.
